The client: 

Purely Natural is a Brooklyn-based medical spa that offers a comprehensive face and body rejuvenation using leading edge laser and other technologies and the highest quality products. 

The challenge: 

Reimagine the brand visual to attract progressive, younger local clientele while providing brand management support to ensure the new branding language is consistently communicated across all platforms. This included developing a clear brand identity that fosters a welcoming and safe wellness experience, conducting competitors research to support the creative strategy and design choices, and creating essential branding materials such as signage, products, menus, and social media assets.

The solution: 

Nature, health, and simple forms were the main source of inspiration derived from the client’s name itself. The design incorporates a leaf element as a symbol of nature, while the playful font El Missiri reinforces the organic and growth-oriented aspects of nature. The overall branding is elegant, seamlessly blending into the vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood while maintaining a professional, modern, and yet timeless visual language. More details below!

To ensure the new branding language is consistently communicated across all platforms and effectively reached the target audience, several key strategies were implemented, including:

45% boost in walk-ins and new client acquisitions

Turned full-length windows into the eye-catching marketing tool with custom decals highlighting services, limited-time offers, and a QR code — inviting curiosity and increasing walk-in traffic from the neighborhood.


47% rise in membership signups within the first 6 months

Redesigned and simplified the menu and pricing structure by dividing it into two separate brochures — one for main services and one for membership-based offerings. This approach made the information more visually clear and professional, while highlighting the value and benefits of becoming a member.
